Notification of Passing of John Mitchell

It is with great sadness that the Scottish Youth F A announce the passing last night of JOHN MITCHELL long time administrator and friend of youth football in Scotland.
John held many positions within the game and was a well-respected member of the SYFA since its formation serving on various committees.
John until recently volunteered one day a week within the office at both Park Gardens and ultimately at Hampden and he will be sadly missed by his colleagues and we will keep everyone informed of funeral arrangements once they are known.
